If the blood of an animal is capable of gaining a temporary “external purity” for those who give the animal to God in sacrifice, how much more is the blood of Jesus Christ, God’s own Son, able to give permanent internal purity to those to whom God has provided His sacrifice?On the one hand, man sacrifices; on the other hand, God sacrifices. Now, whose sacrifice do you think is most effective? Man’s or God’s?
I think the answer is more than obvious.
